1.) We start with the pre inspection of every vehicle in our shop located in Brodheadsville PA 18322

2.) The wash process is crucial in preparation of the coating process. We start with a pre rinse of the vehicle to knock off any loose dirt and debris. Next we will give the car a foam bath with our CarPro Lift foam to start breaking down dirt on the surface. While the car has a thick layer of foam we will clean all the intricate areas on the exterior with a soft detail brush. Then we rinse and do the iron decontamination process which breaks down any metals or fallout embedded in the clear coat. Next we clean the wheels and wheel wells with separate buckets and cleaning tools. Then we dry and start the Claybar process which removes embedded contamination from the clear coat (usual the roughness you feel in the paint).

3.) Paint Correction is the next step in the process. First we tape all the delicate surfaces like trim, plastics, and chrome pieces. Then our paint correction experts will determine which combo of pads and polishes to use to get your paint to the best level possible before applying our Cquartz Professional Coating. Paint correction is the process of removing swirls and scratches to make your paint shine the way it was meant to.

4.) Surface Prep. After the prior step we use CarPro Eraser to clean the surface free of any polishing oils that might get left behind. we want the surface super clean for our ceramic coating application.

5.) Cquartz Professional Application. Next we apply our cquartz ceramic coating to all painted surfaces. We will do two thick layers of this coating. With a life expectancy from 5-10 years you can be sure this coating will last as long as you follow proper maintenance procedures.

6.) Cure time - You want to avoid washing your newly coated car for 1-2 weeks.
